In 1996, our law firm was founded at Berlin-Adlershof in the immediate vicinity of the science and technology park that was being newly developed there.
From the beginning, the firm was committed to the goal of providing comprehensive and competent advice and support to clients from all fields of technology, both in the area of technical property rights and in the area of trademark and design rights. Together, the founding attorneys were already able to cover the entire field of technology from mechanical engineering to chemistry and from electrical engineering to mechanics.
In 2009, an end to the growth potential in the premises at Adlershof became apparent, so that new premises were sought and chosen at the current location in the heart of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz 10.
After the change of legal form, the partnership has been operating under its current name Patentanwälte Bressel und Partner mbB since November 29, 2013.
Since its founding, the firm has grown organically by adding patent attorneys with diverse technical backgrounds and has steadily expanded the expertise available to clients, both legally and technically.
