Curriculum vitae
Bernhard Obst studied physics at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Mainz as well as astronomy and physics at Glasgow University. He mainly focused on experimental atom and cluster physics, followed by research in the field of photoelectron spectroscopy on free metal atoms at the Technical University in Berlin and received a PhD.
He has been active in the field of industrial property protection since 2001 and has been working as a patent attorney since 2004. Bernhard Obst joined Bressel und Partner as a partner in 2005.
He also focuses on obtaining, securing and enforcing trademark rights nationally and internationally.
Bernhard Obst is tutor at the Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg.
