Tobias Nowozin studied physics at the Technical University of Berlin. He specialized in solid state physics and applied physics in the field of semiconductor physics, optoelectronics and nanophotonics. During his studies he worked as a working student at Siemens AG in the field of numerical protection relays for medium and high voltages. After graduating he worked as a research associate at the Institute for Solid State Physics at the Technical University of Berlin, where he worked on III-V semiconductor based quantum dot memories and also received his doctor’s degree.

Since 2014 he has been active in the field of intellectual property protection and has been working as a patent attorney, representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and European Patent Attorney as a partner in our firm since 2018.
